With years of experience in sports and sports related injuries I am focused on strength through bodywork. I have a background as a college athlete, in extreme sports and years working in sports training, and healthcare. I have been actively studying massage therapy since 2009 and believe in the combination of science and emotional and physical healing. I have personally benefitted from bodywork and I hope to share those discoveries with you.
